General conditions of Sale
The products purchased on Marinaelsyarmor are sold directly by MARINA ELSY ARMOR, a company incorporated under Italian law, with registered office in Via Udine, 47 - Termoli (CB). The offer and sale of products on the Marinaelsyarmor site are governed by these General Conditions of Sale. The General Conditions of Sale may be periodically updated; those published on Marinaelsyarmor accepted at the time of check out are considered effective and binding. Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before purchasing. Please note that the site and the shops are managed by two separate companies, therefore products and prices may vary.
Purchase methods
For each product chosen, a descriptive sheet is displayed, with the image and the essential characteristics, for example: the colour, the size, the unit price. The images and colors of the products offered for sale on Marinaelsyarmor may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used. Marinaelsyarmor is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular computer configuration or malfunction.
Product availability
The products offered for sale and their prices are those indicated on Marinaelsyarmor. If, at the time of the order, the products are not available, the corresponding size will not be displayed. If, due to simultaneous purchases by several customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation email will be sent. Marinaelsyarmor may change the products offered on Marinaelsyarmor and their prices at any time and without notice.
Product price
The price of each item is indicated in Euros. The price of each item is VAT included. The shipping cost is indicated before payment except in the case of an unconventional shipment (disadvantaged locations, etc.; a supplement may be required). At the time of invoicing, the prices of the items excluding VAT and the details of the shipping will be indicated. VAT paid and any shipping costs.
Orders
Placing the purchase order implies knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance. Orders can be placed upon registration and/or creation of a personal account ("register") of the Customer. Please remember to carefully read the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale. Orders are filled by following the steps and instructions specified on the site. The purchase of the products offered for sale on Marinaelsyarmor can be made by end consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who act exclusively on their behalf. The sale and/or redistribution of products purchased on Marinaelsyarmor is prohibited. Marinaelsyarmor reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received. Marinaelsyarmor will communicate to the customer via e-mail any impossibility to accept the orders received.
Order confirmation
Upon completion of the purchase, the Customer receives written confirmation of the product ordered, the amount paid or possibly to be paid, with details of the price of the product and shipping costs.

We accept prepaid, postepay, paypal and cards belonging to the Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro circuit.
Pay in installments with Klarna
For further information and/or clarifications you can send an email to Marinaelsyarmor at info@marinaelsyarmor.com. The products ordered remain the property of Marinaelsyarmor until the relevant price has been fully collected.
Shipping methods
Marinaelsyarmor undertakes to deliver the goods without undue delay and in any case no later than 10 (ten) days from purchase. The delivery of the products will be carried out by express courier and the times will vary depending on the destination. The terms indicated at the time of the purchase order are indicative. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays and without an appointment. Delivery is considered completed when the Product is made available to the Customer at the address specified in the order form. In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the specified address, Marinaelsyarmor will send a warning email and will attempt a new delivery according to the methods established by them.
Shipping cost
All purchases are delivered by express courier indicated at the time of purchase. We do not ship to post office boxes. Shipping is free for amounts over €70.00 (one hundred/00) paid via PayPal. Otherwise standard shipping costs €4.90 (four/90). Marinaelsyarmor informs that there may be additional costs for special shipments (for example in the case of difficult locations, excessive weight/volume, services requested etc..)
which would be requested only after acceptance of the order.
Delivery areas
The delivery of the products is made to the address requested by the Customer.
Returns and refunds
Marinaelsyarmor intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund equal to the price of the returned items by issuing a voucher of the same value, which can be spent on the marinaelsyarmor.com website. The return must necessarily take place within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery and subject to authorization from the company writing to the e-mail address: resi@marinaelsyarmor.com with the form attached to the proof of purchase. The refund must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer. The return procedure will be concluded only on condition that the items are intact and never used.
As soon as the status of the product has been checked, a refund will be issued within 7 working days. The refund concerns the cost of the goods shipped excluding shipping costs. Orders paid in installments with Klarna will be refunded through the issue of a digital voucher valid for the online store in the same amount as the returned products excluding shipping costs.
Return conditions
All clothing and accessory items for sale on the Marinaelsyarmor website are delivered to the Customer with an authenticity tag (barecode). Under no circumstances will returns with cut, detached, removed or tampered with tags be accepted. The products to be returned must not have been worn, washed or treated in any way. The products must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be packaged and packaged in such a way as not to compromise the integrity of the item itself. The goods to be returned must be physically delivered and solely to the Courier no later than 14 days from the date of the duly sent communication. In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, Marinaelsyarmor reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.
