Returns and refunds

Marinaelsyarmor intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund equal to the price of the returned items by issuing a voucher of the same value, which can be spent on the marinaelsyarmor.com website. The return must necessarily take place within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery and subject to authorization from the company writing to the e-mail address: resi@marinaelsyarmor.com with the form attached to the proof of purchase. The refund must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer. The return procedure will be concluded only on condition that the items are intact and never used.


As soon as the status of the product has been checked, a refund will be issued within 7 working days. The refund concerns the cost of the goods shipped excluding shipping costs. Orders paid in installments with Klarna will be refunded through the issue of a digital voucher valid for the online store in the same amount as the returned products excluding shipping costs.



Return conditions

All clothing and accessory items for sale on the Marinaelsyarmor website are delivered to the Customer with an authenticity tag (barecode). Under no circumstances will returns with cut, detached, removed or tampered with tags be accepted. The products to be returned must not have been worn, washed or treated in any way. The products must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be packaged and packaged in such a way as not to compromise the integrity of the item itself. The goods to be returned must be physically delivered and solely to the Courier no later than 14 days from the date of the duly sent communication. In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, Marinaelsyarmor reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.
